Gold Coast to Host 19th Annual Mitsubishi World Masters Golf Championship

The Gold Coast will be hosting the 19th annual Mitsubishi World Masters Golf Championship from October 20 – 26, 2013.

It is Australia’s biggest golf tournament and more than 1000 golfers from Australia and around the world attend the event. The tournament is open to golfers over the age of 35. The participants’ ages and handicaps will be taken into account, so golfers only play against others of the same age and standard.

The tournament will have four rounds and will take place on the best golf resort courses in Gold Coast. These include The Glades, Royal Pines, Lakelands and Robina Woods.

Golfers have the opportunity to meet and party every night at the 19th Hole in Broadbeach. By the end of the festivities, there will be a gala dinner with first-class entertainment. Golfers also have the chance to win a brand new Mitsubishi car in a prize draw worth more than $120,000.
