Review of Len Fox Park in Labrador

The latest review by Gold Coast Kids focused on Len Fox Park in Marine Parade, Labrador and the reviewer found it to be a nice quiet park with plenty of excellent facilities.

These included picnic tables and shades with barbeque facilities, a boat ramp with an amenities block, a walking and cycling track beside the beach, with fitness stations along its length, a playground and plenty of free parking. While there is no kiosk in the park, there are fast food outlets close by on the boat ramp side including KFC, Subway and McDonalds.

The reviewer considered the park’s best feature for kids under five to be the playground, which features a big sandpit, swings and slides and an awesome pedal ride.

For over fives, it has to be the beach, which is safe for swimming, but not patrolled by a lifeguard and for adults, the spacious covered barbeque area in the centre of the park offers the perfect space for family gatherings or entertaining.
